In-office care that goes beyond your diagnosis. We combine root-cause functional medicine with structural correction and movement rehab.
Pain is often a sign of a deeper problem. Structural breakdown rarely happens alone. It’s often the physical result of chronic inflammation, hormone imbalance, or poor nutrition that standard care misses. The goal isn’t just less pain. The goal is full vitality.
Rehabilitation guided by root-cause thinking.
Your most thorough clinical assessment — period.
Your first visit gives us the full picture. We check your structure, nerves, movement, and overall health. Then we connect what you feel in your body to what your biology is actually doing.
Precision structural correction. Evidence-based technique.
As a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP), Dr. Bekkum goes beyond the spine. He treats the full body — shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. That full-body view is often what’s missing for people with chronic, recurring pain.
From injury to integrity. From rehab to resilience.
Functional rehab at Integrix Health is not generic physical therapy. It’s a targeted movement program built around your specific needs. Every step is planned to restore full function — not just reduce pain.
The nervous system drives everything. We assess it accordingly.
Neurological problems are one of the most overlooked drivers of structural breakdown and poor health. Our in-office evaluation checks nerve function, proprioceptive integrity, and central neurological indicators — connecting structural findings to neurological root causes.
Because your spine and your gut are talking to each other.
This is where Integrix Health stands apart. For patients whose structural problems have a deeper cause — chronic inflammation, hormone disruption, or gut issues — we add a functional medicine investigation directly into the structural care plan.
This means your chiropractic/rehab care is informed by your labs, your genetics, and your internal biochemistry. You don't get a structural treatment that ignores your biology. You get a fully integrated plan.
The full restoration. Structure, function, and vitality — together.
For patients who want the complete Integrix Health experience in-person, the Integrated Vitality by Design track combines the 12-week functional medicine program with a concurrent structural care and rehabilitation protocol. This is the most comprehensive clinical offering we provide — for the patient who is ready to rebuild from the foundation up.
CCEP-based structural correction and extremity care
Progressive functional rehabilitation and neuromuscular re-education
Full functional medicine protocol including advanced labs, genetics, gut-brain-hormone axis restoration
A systematic, integrated path to structural and systemic vitality.
Your first in-office visit is a full clinical assessment — not a rushed intake. Dr. Bekkum evaluates your structure, movement, neurological function, and systemic health picture together. You leave with a clear diagnosis, a root-cause hypothesis, and a specific clinical care plan.
Duration: 60 minutes. You receive: structural assessment findings, preliminary functional medicine considerations, care plan overview.
For patients where systemic dysfunction is contributing to structural breakdown, functional lab testing is ordered — the same advanced panel available through the telehealth track. This ensures that your structural care is informed by your internal biochemistry from day one.
Labs ordered at or after visit 1. Results reviewed at a dedicated follow-up.
Your in-office care plan begins based on your initial assessment findings. Structural corrections, extremity adjustments, and functional rehabilitation exercises are introduced progressively — based on your neurological tolerance and structural response.
Frequency: Typically 2–3x/week in the active phase, transitioning to maintenance.
Once labs are returned, Dr. Bekkum builds your functional medicine protocol alongside your structural care. Nutrition, supplementation (Fullscript), lifestyle modifications, and gut/hormone interventions are layered in — creating a fully integrated plan where structural and systemic care reinforce each other.
As your structure stabilizes and systemic function improves, rehabilitation progresses into strength, stability, and functional movement restoration. This phase is designed to rebuild the resilience that prevents re-injury and long-term structural decline.
Goal: Full return to function with structural integrity that holds.
At the conclusion of your active care phase, we conduct a full reassessment — structural, neurological, and functional medicine — and design your long-term vitality maintenance plan. For patients who want ongoing clinical oversight, membership and maintenance options are available.
From structural breakdown and systemic depletion — to structural integrity and full vitality.
